The Journey

After months of deliberating I finally came to the conclusion that if I continued to stay where I was, I would never get anywhere. 

So, I began to put one foot in front of the other and the strangest thing happened; The Earth began to move under my feet!

Remember when Isaac of the ancient days said something like, "Hey dad, we have the wood and the fire but where is the sacrifice?" 

To which his dad, even though knowing that Isaac was the sacrifice, roughly said, "Let's just see what happens on top of this hill."

Sure enough, when they got to the top of the hill there was a ram! Hmm, not a lamb, but a ram, with his horns stuck in the thickets. 

Man that must have been a sissy ram not to be able to free himself from thickets!  But, it was exactly what the dad needed!  I'm sure the earth moved under his feet.

Next time you do not quite know what to do. Next time you're not sure what the best answer is, just take the next step in front of you and see what happens.

The earth may just move under your feet too. And if nothing else, while you're moving forward you can at least...
